Warnings:
Small letters and very fine details won't show up well in Puff Vinyl. Use bold, simple shapes and uppercase text for best results. We do not offer re-cuts on jobs that have too small of details for the puff to be seen or for difficult/incorrect weeding.
Minimum Order Of 3 Sheets Per Color. Orders less than three will not be fulfilled and cancelled. Please make sure to have 3 sheets in cart before checking out.

Prepare Your Design

- 300 DPI resolution
- Simple designs only (no fine details)
Set Correct Dimensions
- Sheets must be 18″ × 24″
- Adequate spacing between designs
- Minimum order of 3 sheets

Application Instructions
For Cotton
- 275–300 °F (Press Again For A More Puffy Effect)
- 12–15 seconds
- Medium pressure
- Pre-heat garment 3–5 s to remove moisture
- Position design face-up
- Cover with Teflon sheet
- Press 12–15 s, medium pressure
- Cold peel carrier when cool
- Re-press 5 s under Teflon
For Polyester
- 270–280 °F (132–138 °C)
- 10–12 seconds
- Light–medium pressure
- Pre-heat garment 2–3 s
- Position design face-up
- Cover with Teflon sheet
- Press 10–12 s, light–medium pressure
- Allow slight cooling before peel
- Re-press 5 s under Teflon
- Use lower temp to prevent scorch
Home Iron Method
- Cotton setting (no steam)
- 30–40 seconds
- Pre-heat garment 5–10 s
- Place design face-up
- Cover with parchment or cloth
- Firm circular pressure 30–40 s
- Cool completely before peel
- Re-press 15–20 s to secure
- Heat press preferred for consistency
Pro Tips
- For 50/50 blends, use polyester settings
- Test first on scrap material
- Pre-press to remove moisture & wrinkles
- For extra 3D effect, do a second press
- Wait 24 h before washing
- Wash inside-out cold for durability
- Tumble low or air-dry for best results
