The shirts that are available for this offer are for gildan ultra cotton shirts with DTF prints double pressed onto them. If you have more questions about your order, please reach out to us at Orders@superdtf.com

Details:

The shirt colors that you may use are all located in the design lab, larger sizes such as 2XL and 3XL do require additional costs. This offer is only for a single side printed in either the front or back of the shirt. Adding an additional side will incur an additional fee to your final cart amount. 

Shipping and Lead Time:

Please give us at least 5 days for your order to be shipped. Usually it takes us about 2-3 days to process these size of orders so that 5 days is just a buffer in case we are experiencing a bigger load of work than usual. After your order is complete, we will ship your order to you with your selected courier service which times will vary depending on what is selected. 

Refunds:

Refunds and partial refunds are available for this item in certain cases. We do not give refunds for colors that may be slightly off, or for items that are worn or washed. Since these are customized finished products, we do not offer refunds if the order has already printed, and can only grant partial refunds if you cancel the order and we have already started printing on your order. We calculate this by unit cost and the units completed. For each refund case,  we will do our absolute best to make a fair resolution to you as we are a very customer centric business.

Can I have a sample?

Yes you can order single shirts on our website by clicking customize your own clothing.

What colors can I order in?

Right now we carry red, royal blue, navy, black, white, grey, and sky blue.

Will these shrink?

These shirts are prewashed so you will not experience too much shrinkage. Please pay attention to the wash instructions on tag for best results.
