How to Create Your Custom Gang Sheet
1. Prepare Your Designs
- Have your individual designs ready in any of these formats:
- SVG
- AI
- PNG
- TIFF
- JPEG
- Ensure all designs are high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI for raster formats)
2. Use Our Gang Sheet Builder
- Visit our website at https://superdtf.com/products/custom-diy-build-a-gang-sheet-direct-to-film-dtf-transfers
- Click on "Start Building Your Gang Sheet"
- Upload your individual designs to our builder
- Arrange and resize your designs on the virtual sheet
- Our builder will automatically ensure proper spacing between designs
- Preview your gang sheet layout before finalizing
3. Finalize and Order
- Review your gang sheet design
- Specify the dimensions (our builder will calculate this based on your layout)
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout
Pressing Instructions
For Polyester (high thread count):
- Set heat press to 275°F (135°C)
- Press firmly for 10 seconds
- Peel transfer from the bottom left corner immediately (Ensure small parts of the designs are sticking well before peeling fast)
- Press again at the same temperature for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet for a soft, shiny finish
For Cotton (high thread count):
- Set heat press to 325°F (163°C)
- Press firmly for 10 seconds
- Peel transfer from the bottom left corner immediately (Ensure small parts of the designs are sticking well before peeling fast)
- Press again at the same temperature for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet for a soft, shiny finish
