All orders placed on Friday after 3pm will not be processed unless a weekday rush fee is applied. We do not fulfill orders on Saturday unless it is a rush order—please plan accordingly. This fee can be added at checkout or by searching "Same Day Rush Fee." Orders on Saturday and Sunday must have the Saturday Rush Fee attached or they will be fulfilled the next business day (Monday).

How to Order
Prepare Your Design
Your design must meet these requirements:

Single Color Only - Black is preferred

300 DPI Resolution - Ensure crisp, clean edges

Non-Intricate Designs - Simple designs work best for 3D puff vinyl
Set Correct Dimensions
- Each sheet must be 18" x 24" in size
- Place your designs on the sheet with adequate spacing
- Minimum order of 3 sheets required
Review Your Design
- Ensure your design is a single color (black preferred)
- Verify resolution is 300 DPI for best results
- Confirm all sheets are exactly 18" x 24"
Export in High Resolution
- Export at 300 DPI resolution
- Preferred formats: PNG, AI, PSD, or TIFF
Submit Your Order
Remember these important requirements:
- Minimum of 3 sheets per order
- Black is standard, special colors available with extended lead time
- Include any special instructions or color requests in order notes

For Cotton
- Pre-heat garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Position design face up on garment
- Cover with Teflon sheet
- Press for 12-15 seconds with medium pressure
- Peel carrier sheet when cool (cold peel)
- Cover with Teflon and press again for 5 seconds for best results
For Polyester
- Pre-heat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Position design face up on garment
- Cover with Teflon sheet
- Press for 10-12 seconds with light to medium pressure
- Allow to cool slightly before peeling carrier sheet
- Cover with Teflon and press again for 5 seconds
- Use lower temperature to prevent scorching or discoloration
Home Iron Method
- Pre-heat garment for 5-10 seconds
- Place design face up on garment
- Cover with parchment paper or thin cloth
- Apply firm pressure in circular motion for 30-40 seconds
- Let cool completely before removing carrier sheet
- Cover and press again for 15-20 seconds to secure
- Note: Results may vary; heat press is preferred for consistent 3D effect
Pro Tips
- For 50/50 blends, use polyester settings for best results
- Always test on a small area or scrap material first
- Pre-press garments to remove moisture and wrinkles
- For thicker 3D effect, consider a second application
- Let cool completely before washing (wait 24 hours)
- Wash inside out in cold water for longer durability
- Tumble dry low or air dry for best results
