- Your Responsibility to Review: You confirm that you have carefully reviewed all submitted images, files, and designs for accuracy, quality, and correctness. This includes but is not limited to spelling, grammar, image resolution, color accuracy, sizing, orientation, and overall design layout. SuperDTF is a print service — we print what you submit. While we may make reasonable efforts to identify obvious issues, we are under no obligation to do so, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever for errors, defects, or mistakes present in your submitted files.
- Design Quality & File Specifications: SuperDTF is not responsible for poor quality output resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect file formats, design errors, misspellings, or any other issues originating from your submitted files. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all files meet our published specifications before submission. No reprints, refunds, or credits will be issued for errors that originated in your submitted artwork.
- Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce every design, logo, image, and piece of artwork submitted in this order. You assume full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from your submitted content.
- Liability & Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SuperDTF, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to the printing, production, or distribution of your submitted designs.
